Recommendations for a good insurance agent. My wife and I have been having challenges with our insurance agent. Their office has repeatedly made mistakes and refuses to fix the mistakes when we ask them to. For example, we moved to a new house in May, and asked to move our Rental Policy. 3 months later, they still had us listed at the old location and blamed an office worker whom they fired for incompetence. We asked them again to fix it.Two months later, still no change. I asked again to resolve it. Only a reply from the agent - saying, "It takes time." Today we got a letter from State Farm saying they could find no info on the house we are living in and they weren't going to insure us. I'm in need of a good agent who can help us.
