How We Got Started

Company was purchased in 1991 by Pat Patterson. I started in August of 1999 Jeff Boyll. Craig Collins and Philip Williams were here before I started. Brandon and Tristan Have been on board 2 years now. Pat Decided to retire and offered the company to my wife and I. It was a great opportunity to purchase the company and keep it growing on top of what Pat had already achieved. We our extremely grateful to Pat and We are very Blessed for this wonderful Road Ahead. My Wife and I closed on the company December 6th 2017 and are ready to grow and expand. Thanks to all our wonderful customers who we welcome each and every day to provide high quality and service to meet their needs and Goals in a timely manner. I thank each and every customer that has been with us for years and We welcome all new customers to our family.

Be Active in certain clubs, You meet a lot of people and other business owners. Invite them to come by and visit and see your Business and services and products you offer. We do mailings for not only for our selves but for a lot of our customers also, We do what is called a EDDM " Every Door... We do mailings for not only for our selves but for a lot of our customers also, We do what is called a EDDM " Every Door Direct Mailing" and is a low cost in postage to advertise open house or specials, ETC.

I think everyone would want to be talked about in a positive manner. Be professional and give great service and a quality product at a fair price for both your business and the customer. If for some reason a customer is not happy about something make it right. We are human and unfortunately things happen, Not to us of coarse, HA HA. We love to hear positive feed back from customers and are thrilled when we get a referral from a happy customer and ask who referred them so we can call and thank that customer and offer them a discount on there next job big or small as a thank you for helping us market or goods and services....

We visit existing customers on a regular basis to make sure they have everything they need and just to say Hello and visit with them. We will make cold calls to other local businesses in that area also to see if maybe we can be of service and let them know who we are and who we are already... (more) We visit existing customers on a regular basis to make sure they have everything they need and just to say Hello and visit with them. We will make cold calls to other local businesses in that area also to see if maybe we can be of service and let them know who we are and who we are already working with around them if they would like a reference. We also send thank you cards to new and existing customers to let them know how much we appreciate there business and offer specials through out the year to help cut cost for them. We also hold a drawling every 3 months and pull someones business card from a large container to when a 50.00 gift card. Next drawling will be march 1st for cabela's sporting store, Just another way I like to give back and say Thank You for being a loyal and valued customer of Minuteman Press OKC. I ALSO LEAVE FREE PENS, NOTE PADS AND CALENDARS ON FRONT COUNTER ALL YEAR LONG FOR CUSTOMS TO TAKE AND USE. As we go I will come up with more ideas to give back to our loyal and valued customers, New and Existing. Thank You Oklahoma city. Best folks around and love meeting people and visiting existing and new Businesses everyday and through out the year. Again, Thank You so much.

Most think of just printing when they here Minuteman Press, But truth be told, We have stepped up and went a whole new direction to help Businesses in Direct Mail, Marketing, Advertising, and Digital Printing for small quality runs and a lot less cost now. We meet a lot of our customers every... (more) Most think of just printing when they here Minuteman Press, But truth be told, We have stepped up and went a whole new direction to help Businesses in Direct Mail, Marketing, Advertising, and Digital Printing for small quality runs and a lot less cost now. We meet a lot of our customers every day when delivering there products and see that everything is taking care of to there satisfaction and also by phone, One on one and not some voice that is recorded and takes 15 minutes or more to talk to a real live person. Time is valuable to our customers and we make it easy as possible to get what they need, This year we have a new program that customers can log in and see there history of orders and place the order and it is in our system and in production as soon as they place the order. Wasted Time is Money Lost.
