OCD Cleaning LLC would like to express our interest in providing routine janitorial services, special floor care (Deep Scrub, Strip & Wax) for your place of business.

Our main focus is to provide a high detail janitorial service for our customers. We believe the main problem with routine janitorial services is the cleaning crew becoming too 'routine' in doing the bare minimum day in day out, which leaves the extra detail unnoticed. (Dusting, corners, edges, window sills, behind doors, under desks).
A major part of our training for new employees whether experienced or not is teaching them OUR way of cleaning. Focusing on the details and not letting these areas fall behind in terms of cleanliness.

Secondly we realize another common issue with janitorial service providers is the emphasis on security held by the cleaning crew during the hours your business is closed.
Our managers hold a focal point on making sure everyone is in a professional attitude while in your building, as well as making sure all entries and exits are properly sealed after trash removal and alarm systems are armed at the end of the night when exiting the building.

Lastly, we offer what is called a Quarterly Chemical Rotation which is the quarterly rotation of our commercial grade chemicals to ensure bacteria and viruses and not to become used to the same chemical, they are combated off with a new chemical every three months. We also separate our use of equipment based off of the job it is designated for, for example a multi colored microfiber rag system which uses one color for restrooms only, one for glass only, one for desks only and one for public use surface areas. We also make sure our mop buckets and mop heads are separated by marking them as what area they are designated for so there is no room for cross contamination.

After our years of service in Wyoming, Colorado and adding to that list, the great state of Washington. We feel comfortable that OCD Cleaning LLC can provide for you a safe, quality janitorial service that prides itself on the attention to detail so you can be welcomed to a clear, orderly environment to start your next day of business.
