"Genuine Auto Glass in Lacey, WA. Wife's car got a side window shattered while she was driving. Think maybe a rock from a lawn mower as she was driving through the neighborhood and there were a few people mowing their lawns. Anyway, she called me and I told her to meet me at Genuine Auto Glass on Pacific. They came right out and covered the window up, inside and out. Then ordered the window and installed it the next day. I'm kind of picky with my cars and they ordered both a MOPAR window and an after market so I could see the difference. There is a difference in color between the manufacturer tinted window and the aftermarket. It was a little more expensive, but worth it to go with the MOPAR window, but I truly appreciated the choice and visual. Genuine is a good name for this place. The employees and owner are Genuine in their care for the customer and the service in which they provide. I'm the type of guy that will go 2 hours out of my way and spend more money if the business has great service and great people. Fortunately, this time I didn't have to go that far. I will definitely be back to see Mr. Pazar and his team for all my Auto glass needs... Thanks again for your quick, professional and courteous service."
