Core Energetics is a simple yet masterful way to get out of your own way as far as deep inner growth, consciousness, creativity and love are concerned. Several techniques are employed to connect mind, body and Spirit and to assist in getting clarity about self, others and situations in your life. It's an amazing experience!
It began in college when I was introduced to Core Energetics by someone I value and trust. After my first saession I was hooked. I got in touch with anger I didn't even know I had and released it. I left that session feeling 20 lbs, lighter than when I went in. I had a clear sense of relief and groundedness I had never felt before. My desire is to enable others to enjoy that same sense of freedom of expression in a safe container and clear a way to self-love, joyousness and creativity.
