The biggest of them all in the insurance industry, is that pricing is everything and the only important thing. No! It is not. I have been in this industry long enough to see people who did not have the right protection or coverages. Life if nothing else is unexpected, you can't account for every little detail, but with the right protection you can know that you have done your best to protect the things you value the most, in the best way possible. Please never look for the cheapest insurance, look for the best/right coverages at a good value. This is what I do for you and no robo/internet/pick your own coverages, can ever do it as well.

We do both texting and emails. We usually ask the client which they prefer and we have pretty much done away with the paper option. It just makes the process less time consuming and gives my agency a technologically advanced presentation to our clients. We also have the opportunity to have our...

It just makes the process less time consuming and gives my agency a technologically advanced presentation to our clients. We also have the opportunity to have our clients rate our service as well, which gives us a chance to see if we are providing outstanding customer service. So far our ratings have all been excellent!! Nice to know.
The option to either text the receipt or email it is another option which simplifies our work and saves on paper.
