The year started off like gang busters! Best start of the year that I’ve had in 15 years of Real Estate sales. The Covid19 virus slowed that to a trickle. But as soon as the Gov Kay Ivey opened the beaches and retail began to reopen, Real Estate took off again similar to January-March. And it’s still going strong. I believe that buyers are looking to invest and vacation in places that are drive-to locations. And that’s exactly what Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are!

If I were you, I would compile a list of Realtor Association meetings where they have vendors set up onsite, to display your business and be infant of as many Realtor/Brokers in once place. Nothing will ever take the place of eye to eye contact with your prospects!

I look for a lender who offers a variety of products, who can finance condos at the beach, whether investment properties or second/primary homes, and who communicates with me and the buyer to see the transaction to a successful closing.
