If this si the case than you can draft initially a legal Cease & Desist letter prior to deciding if you wish to pay an attorney for this action. You should also send not just electronic by email bu also certified mail and make a duplicate letter mailed back to you, just never open the envelope in case needed as proof in court that it was sent.

Slogans, logos, phrases, catch phrases, brand names if copyright can be protected however, anything you place on the internet is indeed a copyright.

However, if a competitor takes your information and changes a few things here and there to make the content appear different, than that will be almost impossible to prove. For Example: Selling SEO services is a very congested industry therefore, I am sure it would be reasonable to say that my content is similar to some other SEO site out there after-all, how different can SEO content be?
