Having said there is more confusion - we still do not have not system to validate the statement of patients or labs - and importantly no confirmation that it worked to stimulate the protection in the patient.
There is NO national authority on vaccines as there has been NO national authority on testing, protection or treatments.
The PPP loan is likely preferable - it helped the first go round and would help a great deal now - yet the final requirements, timing and terms are still not finalized.

We r NOT relying on banks or GOV cuz they r far 2 discombobulated & inundated.
Try 2 have a diverse plan (backups too) for ur financial needs (like 3months operating cost min) & start creating more revenue streams immediately. Am double amputee after 11 years 26-37 bedridden. Suregery 2 Years ago well worth it. Had new femurs & hips install team made special @ hoag...had dr. that invented fly from india & do surgery. Walked out (not walker or cane) & NO PILLS TWO days layer. Rode bike in 4 weeks. ThriveNOTSurvibe type attitude. Blessed h dont deserve. Plus Stemcells b4, during, & after was pretty helpful too. Have really cool 6shooter laser scars...lol
Never ¹/² ass health if U or those U love can manage QoL.is most importantthing in our lives & those we love...in my humble opinion.

When u do all the free stuff consecutively, concurrently, consistently, & hav 1 major differentiator...u should easily be able 2 see if $ increase over month-month or 'year 2 date' comparisons.
Marketing & Advertising is only as good as our imaginations. Product/service doesnt matter. Principal methodology dictates putting urself in consumers shoes...what would catch ur eye...then apply.
