As a 3rd generation Insurance Broker, I've been providing great asset protection, service, coverage and pricing for "all lines" of your Commercial Insurance needs to those in Cailfornia, the Western States and some Nationally. The most "Ideal" customer? Contractors, Mfg, Distributors, Whsl, Retail, Non-Profits, Transportation, Building Owners, just about anything commercial! Coverage includes WC/General Liability/Property/Auto & Fleet/Health/Life/Bonds/Equipment/Builders Risk, basically "all lines"! We also write Personal Lines too!
How We Got Started
My Grandfather started in the Insurance Industry in the late 1920's in the Burbank, CA area followed by my Father with his company in the early 1950's. I joined my father in 1974's and on went on my own in 1978. We are still going strong with the 4th generation in the Insurance industry as well! A family of Professionals!
I took over as Director the International Press Association, IPAnews.com in the early 2000's - I am the Director, Sr. Editor, a Photojournalists & Photographer, and issue press/media credentials to qualified personnel and businesses.

If you have a bank Joint account with your mother's name you should be able to deposit the check into that account and repair the property. How long ago did your mother pass? As Janet stated on the 23rd, the policy should have been rewritten and your agent/broker should have advised you of that...

The VA (Feds) would be most interested, a signed non-disclosure letter with anyone prior to a meeting is always wise. Carriers that provide Long Term Care or Disability coverage are probably an excellent selection in addition to Health carriers. Insurance Journal Magazine and or web page will...

Agreeing that referrals are great, sometimes an individual marketer with awesome communication skills can help too especially in the Commerical/Business area. Otherwise selective cold call marketing with a superior product! (Know your business!)

Hi David, having been in this industry since '72, most of what we do is picking or selecting the client we are looking for and calling on them. We have no walk in but our clients are happy with "service & product" so they refer others.

Face to Face..... to me, it's the Best! I too agree with Marks sumation. It also allows continued business opportunities when that person moves to another location, even distant as there is that "trust" factor that has been built up having actually "seen" the one your working with or talking too!...

Telemarketing or digital can get you the meeting but nothing bonds people together - or apart - better than Face to Face!
