RJH Empowerment Training & Development was born out of the mission and life work of RJ Horner's desire to help people move from simply existing to designing the life they truly want.
After years of studying personal development, leadership philosophy, and success principles, particularly the transformational ideas popularized in works like Think and Grow Rich; RJ recognized a powerful pattern:
Many people had dreams, but very few had a clear process to turn those dreams into reality.
