Doing business using things like Zoom or other platforms where you can see one another, share screens, and interact are great!  I've been conducting workshops, providing one on one coaching, and collaborating with clients to discuss needs, etc., using Zoom and it's worked quite well.  I find out what they need; put together materials that I email to the participants; review and discuss, etc. during the video conference and then follow up with them to see how they are doing.
