I work with clients to understand their issues and needs and then collaborate with them to develop either one on one developmental and coaching services or to develop and deliver training and development programs to focus on solutions that will work for them.  My work can be provided over time or as a one time solution.  I've worked with individuals and teams to help them increase their proficiency in communication, interpersonal relations and self management skills since 1985 and as much as I believe I am helping them, I also learn new things every time I work with my clients.
