"Valdara Custom homes has great customer service. I have built 2 homes and remodeled one home in the past in another state before moving to Florida. I am currently planning a remodeling project and I have had difficulty just getting a builder to even show up to assess my project. I have had 5 builders who did not show up. Then I initiated my rehabilitation project with another builder who stole the money I gave him for the plans. Valdara homes builds custom homes and does not necessarily take on remolding projects but they agreed to assess my project and showed up on time! Chris and Joe recommended an architect that I would pay directly and promised to refer a reliable contractor if they did not take on my project. I can not promise that they will take on a your remodeling project because they are custom builders. You want a builder with integrity that care about your project. Give Valdara and opportunity to assess your custom home plans."
