Royals & Associates took life following Darryl Royal’s transition from playing on the field (football) for 30 years. In his desire not to leave the field, as well as share his wealth of experience, he began coaching and then officiating. In this station of football he was groomed and mentored by some elite officials in the sport. He became more familiar with the reach sports has and felt it important to spread the wealth of knowledge and support in the skill building of current and future officials while providing a safe, fun and thriving game space for all participants.
