Plans should be evaluated on a annual basis.  Owners should be looking to add Benefits that will enhance their current Benefit plans and make them more affordable for both Employee and Company.  An example of that would be adding Group Supplemental Health Plans to an existing Health Insurance Plan.  The cost of adding is zero to the company as the selected plans are voluntary so each Employee can choose what is best for them and their family and it is paid for out of the Employee's pay check.  Adding these Plans from the company standpoint allows the Health Ins Plans to carry higher deductibles and co-pays so making them more affordable for all so a win-win for all....
