I use to work with my daddy , he was a doctor and I was his assistant, right on the beginning, my daddy called my attention for something I wasn't doing the way that it was suppose to be, but I was having to the same results , I took that as personal, and I thought "Why my Daddy could talk to me that way" We went home and I didn't talk to him, I was really disappointed. Without saying anything, he took me for some Ice Cream and explained to me that" when we are at work our relationship has to be professional for the benefit of our business and he would be opened to consider any suggestion and on the other side, I would have to be opened to his opinion as well and as soon as we leave the office, we have to turn off the Business switch"
We can't let the business interfere on our relationship .We worked together for 21 years until I moved to USA, and I know that he misses me like a miss him a lot!
