Hi, I’m Mishelle! Founder of Rivera Bookkeeping, where practical financial systems meet soulful support.

Before launching my business in early 2025, I spent two years working in the logistics industry, handling accounts receivable and payroll for truck drivers, roles that sharpened my skills in precision, structure, and timely execution. That real-world experience laid the groundwork for what would become my deeper calling: helping purpose-driven business owners find peace and flow in their finances.

Through Rivera Bookkeeping, I support heart-centered entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners by offering more than just clean books. I offer clarity, grounding, and a sense of ease. With a holistic approach to bookkeeping, I believe your numbers should not only make sense, but also feel aligned. My services include monthly bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, QuickBooks setup/training, 1099 filings, and financial cleanups; all designed to create space, reduce stress, and support intentional growth.

Bookkeeping, to me, is more than just a service, it’s an energetic reset. When your finances are in order, your business can breathe again. My mission is to help you feel supported, confident, and free to focus on the work that truly lights you up.
