About Us

Consulting with Buyers and Sellers on their real estate needs and wants. Providing in person and on-line marketing solutions. Assisting my clients step by step during the process. My business is built on referrals from previous clients, business owners and family and friends.

How We Got Started

As a real estate investor, I wanted to help others with their real estate portfolio whether it was their first home or their first investment or because they wished to downsize or upsize. Sometimes, people wish to purchase a condo for their retirement days and want to rent it until such time as they need it - I can help with that also. Or, a cottage.

Products & Services
As a bilingual real estate agent over the years I have met many people that I can refer to my clients i.e. home stagers, handymen, HVAC, plumbers, ...

A challenge at times but its stimulating and I love meeting new home buyers , investors and sellers.  It has been a crazy market for the past 2.5 years and with a balanced market its going back to pre-COVID real estate with a little twist.  You want to know what it is - let's talk.   (more) A challenge at times but its stimulating and I love meeting new home buyers , investors and sellers.  It has been a crazy market for the past 2.5 years and with a balanced market its going back to pre-COVID real estate with a little twist.  You want to know what it is - let's talk.

I'm grateful for the business I received from my referrals and new clients and on the personal side, I'm grateful that no one that I know has been affected physically with COVID-19.  Some are having mental issues with the restrictions but with the right support they are doing well (more) I'm grateful for the business I received from my referrals and new clients and on the personal side, I'm grateful that no one that I know has been affected physically with COVID-19.  Some are having mental issues with the restrictions but with the right support they are doing well

Since the beginning of the year, I see more people moving out of the core of the City to adjoining towns and villages for two reasons (1) get more house for you buck (2) require a bigger home because they are working from home and foresee do so for quite a while. Be prepared and have comparables available, prepare a sheet with the last sales in the neighborhood hood, have the cost of utilities for the listing available, know when your sellers want to close their deal, have details of age of the furnace, a/c, roof, appliances +  and updates. Provide the buyers with those details so that they can leave with something in hand.   Dress professionally!

Spending time on tasks that can be delegated is time your are not spending on making it happen. You are the face of the business - network, meet new potential clients and plan your days, weeks and months. In the real estate world, its usually every agent's goal to give out ten business cards every day and set up appointments.

I will continue responding to my clients in a prompt fashion, provide them with the information they require to make an educated decision on the purchase of sale of their home and in touch on a regular basis. Each client is different and must be treated as if they are my one and only client.
