Thais why stores hire salespeople. Products and service d not sell very well if the purchase is larger or more complicared. Otherwise the owner of the business would not hire and train SALES people! Ask if they want to buy today. Don't pussy foot around. If they say YES write the sale up. If they say NO, simply ask Why not? And dig to find out their underlying reaon for not buying right now. To many salepeople are scared to ask for the order worrying if they do the buyer may feel presured. So they let a high percentage of customers see about and deonstrate products and explaining services only to have the cusomer leave without Qualifying them. Remember Once they go away they will probably not come back to you or even if they do it maybe at a time when you are not on the job. Either a coworker or your competion makes the sale and commission or profit
