Does your business ALLOW employees to use personal PHONE during working hours?

Hi Pam
The general rule is no personal calls during work hours. However the reality is at times, and for various reasons people have to stay in contact with others. The single parent with children in daycare generally have to be reachable for emergencies, the young man with a pregnant wife needs to be reachable for the call to go to the hospital, etc. It’s generally a respect issue in that you are at work so use your breaks for personal non urgent calls. I respect that your individual circumstances may require you to answer an important call as well.
Hope that helps
Thank you

I Agree, but also take the call in a private area where its not distracting other employees.
