In 96 I began managing a portfolio of residential investment buildings in Toronto and Ottawa. After increasing profitability and selling off select units I was bitten by the Real Estate bug. Friends in the business kept encouraging me and I left a senior mgt position in high tech to commence my current career in real estate.
