"I have used Mark for 10 years. His work is far above the other Landscape Companies that I used before him. Some of those Companies have hounded me with price reductions and for a second chance. I have refused them all.
1) They do not provide the level of quality that Mark delivers.
2) They can not answer my question, what has changed now that they are offering price reductions or added services for free, other that they were canceled?
