We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? If you can't take care of you, you are in no position to take care of others or your business. Regardless of how old you are, you still have to take care of you. Remember the air hostess and the mask story? put on your own mask before you can put on others. Set an intention to get well and believe you are getting well. Express gratitude for any and everything. See this situation that you are in as a growing process. Seek divine intervention, work with your medical professionals. And yes for now you need to reach out to trusted family members and friends for help to get you through this process (healing and your business). Know that things will workout regardless of how bad it seems right now. This too shall pass.

Even though the mom and pop store will lose market shares, I do believe that they will still be around for people who need them.
