THE FARWEST HELPING FOUNDATION CORP. ORANIZATION'S HISTORY: The Farwest Helping Foundation Corp is a Non-Profit Organization founded in the summer of 2010 by a group of individuals whose main theme was "Everyone deserves a new Start in Life" in the Metro Atlanta Area. FHFC was incorporated by the end of the Fiscal year. We were servicing this community at the different level such has: Food Bank, Health Care, and Basis training life skills orientation, to assist them in obtaining and maintaining employment for low-income individuals and direct them to any other available opportunities.
Over the year, FHFC Food Bank responds to the emergency food needs of the hungry and works to reduce the incidence of hunger and its effects on individuals, families and the community. FHFC offered: 1- Immediate relief to those experiencing hunger by providing nutritious food. 2. Educate and empowered individual and families experiencing Health care issues to identify and alleviated the causes of the health issues by providing adequate assistance through the Health care department. 3. Mobilizes resources to advocate for Basic Life skill training programs to assist them with career training, career counseling and competitive job placement for low income individuals and families.
