I’m a retired Lecturer from the Department of Social Work at the Youngstown State University. I am blessed to facilitate and host grant-writing workshops, seminars and conferences both nationally and locally. I am a consultant for business, community, government and faith-based organizations. I have and currently serve on a variety of state and national boards and committees. I am affiliated with the Woodson Center and their 1776 Unites Project, their Community Affiliates Program in Washington DC, and a member of several clergy associations and community associations.

In 1996, when the Charitable Choice Law was signed, I learned that this (Faith Based) law was a God-given way to meet the needs of my congregation and the community at large through federal, state and local grants. After a study of the Charitable Choice Law, I went on a campaign to educate church and community leaders of the effect this law would have in the communities. Since that time, the Pathway Partners Group now known as WEPete Inc., has trained pastors and community leaders throughout the US representing hundreds of faith and community organizations.
