David Lasman worked in lending, real estate, and venture capital both in San Diego and Los Angeles from 1994 to 1997. In 1997 he relocated to the Coachella Valley where he continued as a lender when he established a branch of Advisors Lending Group as a partner/manager. Two years later he established both American Mortgage Advisors and Fountain View Realty continuing to provide residential/commercial financing and Real Estate Brokerage through 2010. Due to adverse market conditions, Mr. Lasman branched out and opened a specialty consulting firm Delta Mining and Energy Resources.
