Arclight Tool + Supply Co. is a solutions-driven business focused on delivering professional-grade tools, material handling equipment, restoration gear, construction supplies, and access systems to professionals across North America.
Our U.S. operations are owned and operated by Arclight Tool and Supply Inc., led by Sabur Brown and Dave Nguyen, and are supported through a joint venture with Richard Clarke of Gate Street International Ltd. This partnership brings together decades of experience in construction, restoration, claims management, and industrial supply chain solutions.
We also operate under the specialized division Arclight Scaffold + Access Rental, offering rental, delivery, installation, and training for scaffold systems and jobsite access equipment.
Currently serving all of Florida, based in Tampa, Arclight is growing fast—and staying true to its hands-on roots. We only offer products and services we’d use ourselves on-site. That means:

Full-service support — rental, delivery, installation, training, and tailored solutions for unique jobsite challenges

We also offer in-house repairs for restoration equipment.
Arclight Tool & Supply started with two friends who just wanted to make life easier for people who build and fix things.
Sabur used to run a restoration company, so he knows what it’s like to be knee-deep in a project and realize the one tool you need isn’t there. Dave came from the military, where he specialized in logistics — basically making sure the right gear got to the right place, no matter what.
One day, they put their heads together and thought: why not combine that know-how?
