As an embodiment educator, I help people build resilience skills in times of stress.
In "normal" times, I provide a unique hands-on educational journey that brings people from physical discomfort and stress into more comfort, kindness and ease with themselves.
I help people develop a compassionate relationship with themselves. My students learn how to notice habits of body and mind that are compressive or negative and how to re-organize into a more spacious way of being.
As people come into better balance with their whole psycho-physical selves, they experience less tension, stress and injuries and they experience more resilience, connectedness and ease.
Life is so much more pleasurable when you realize how much choice you have in your own responses, and can access new options whenever you choose.
My own experience with back pain as a dancer led me to the Alexander Technique. As I got out of pain and learned new self-care skills, I realized that to embody ease and awareness rather than pushing through pain was something I could share!
