Meridith Coyle decided to follow in her family's long history of revolutionizing the food industry. Growing up, her parents, Richard and Irene Coyle, owned over 28 restaurants bringing trends from all over the world to our area...including the beloved Binni & Flynn's.
In 1992, Meridith returned home from graduate school to help her ailing father and what transpired in the following years was many versions of Fresh Ideas and ultimately Meridith’s restaurant and Meridith’s Catering. Having had the industry in her bones, Meridith quickly established a reputation as being "Simply the Best." Due to a partner and business separation in 2010, Meridith changed the name of her business to ANEU, which means, BEYOND COMPARE, but never changed the integrity of the business and the execution of her food
