About Us
Peak Pathways, L.L.C. provides creative customized solutions to individuals and organizations to help them reach their goals. Using a holistic approach focused on sustainable results we help clients assess, control, reverse, and prevent the causes of low performance. Working with leaders and their staffs, at group and one to one meetings, we help them find their way to the top with self-awareness, knowledge, skills and support. The objectives are to develop self-sustainable practices that enable everyone to continue to thrive.

After a successful corporate career, I found my true purpose in life is helping others to find their path to the mountain top of their dreams. Peak Pathways LLC exists for that purpose.

My philosophy is that there is only one letter difference between networking and notworking. I have built my business over the last twenty years by building a strong network. Each connection starts with curiosity about the other person's business then finding ways we can help each other both informally and formally. I do not agree that the value of my network is determined by the amount of free advice I can get. I believe it is valued by the quality of relationships and the amount of revenue that comes from referrals from, or direct business with, my network. To me a connection is valuable when I have trust and confidence in the other professional and I can unreservedly make a recommendation or referral to them knowing they will follow through and provide the needed services at a fair price. Likewise they have a similar trust in me and the products and services I provide. Building a reputation as a link to a wide range of qualified professionals is worth much more than free advice. I fully expect to pay for professional advice as well as be paid for my services. People only looking for free advice will likely not have sustainable networks. They certainly will not be part of my network.

In my experience, what I receive correlates with what I am willing to give. One time events or sporadic participation are unlikely to generate much business. When I take time to build mutual relationships and understanding of our businesses, new opportunities will evolve. That applies to in person networking as well as virtual. However, in the current environment virtual connection is more important than ever and it is likely here to stay because of the many benefits beyond health safety. My philosophy is - 'there is only one letter difference between networking and not working!'
