About Us

WE MADE IT!!!!! We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year.

Originally started as a Mechanic Lien company called Bittner Enterprises providing clerical support to businesses. We expanded operations by opening B & L DMV Services. B & L DMV Services was created as a concierge service to assist the public and businesses in the registering and titling of their vehicles.

Services include: registration, titles, mechanic liens, business licensing, dealership support (clerical) services, notary and much much more.

Got DMV issues, give us a call.

How We Got Started

When I left the military and had to register my vehicle the DMV charged me sales tax (which I paid before taking my vehicle to Germany). So instead of arguing with the DMV personnel I went to the library (remember those?) and read up on taxiation and DMV laws. The next day I went back to the DMV and explained that I was double taxed and demanded a refund check on the sales tax paid. I received my refund check. I then kept reading and learning everything about what the DMV does and monitors. Since then I have been able to help thousands with their DMV needs.

She went to another service and the quote she got was way too high and she couldn't afford it. She started to call around and got pretty much the same rates. She then called us and we quoted a lot lower because we have always tried to work with the senior community (I will be that senior lady one day) and we helped her out. When we delivered her plates she tipped us $5 because that's all she had. I was really glad we could help her and I hope when it's my turn and when I have to watch my spending someone will take that into consideration.

Be honest with them and don't take on a job that you cannot deliver. (more) Be honest with them and don't take on a job that you cannot deliver.
