Helping Women find Peace
At Leandra Petterson Coaching, I help women who look like they have it together reconnect with who they really are. As a counselor with a Master’s in Psychology, I combine professional training with lived experience to guide clients through meaningful emotional and behavioral change.
My work focuses on presence, self-awareness, and confidence — helping clients move out of survival mode and into a life that feels balanced, authentic, and intentional. For some clients that includes recovery or a substance-free lifestyle; for all of them, it means learning to respond to life instead of just reacting to it.
Whether through 1:1 coaching, group sessions, or digital programs, I provide a compassionate and structured space for growth and long-term transformation.
Leandra Petterson Coaching was born out of both professional experience and personal transformation. After overcoming addiction and rebuilding my life through recovery, education, and self-development, I felt called to help others do the same.
With a Master’s in Psychology, certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-Intern), and training as a Certified Domestic Violence Treatment Provider, I began working with individuals and groups impacted by addiction, trauma, and unhealthy relationship patterns.
Over time, I saw the need for a more holistic, coaching-based approach that supports people not just in recovery, but in creating emotionally healthy, purposeful lives beyond it. That vision became the foundation of my coaching practice today — where I help clients cultivate peace, confidence, and lasting personal growth.
