Rotary, Kiwanis, and Toastmasters groups. None will let you sell, but it sounds like you just want the exposure. If you're selling your services too, I would do Meetup. Some speakers got started that way. I spoke for free in Toastmasters for 9 years before becoming a paid seminar presenter.
