Keosks,drive thru & online purchasing are the future. By 2030 the federal minimum wage to hire people to run your shop will be @ approx $16hr or more. Artificial Intelligence will be your best friend in the near future. Small mom and pop shops may thrive but only if the brand or product is unique. Shopping centers and malls will be abandoned at some point.
