A sustainable emu farm in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. We raise our birds from eggs. All our eggs are incubated. Our birds provide meat, emu oil, and other products. We have our birds butcher both custom and USDA. There are are local Arkansas meat shops that carry our meat. We also attend a farmers market or two during the year.
Our primary pursuit is growing the farm.

This owner has the Alpha-Gal food allergy. Emu is an excellent replacement for red meat.
