This year I realized I missed Pilates and sharing my knowledge how to manage and possibly relieve back pain and body aches. I’m currently adding new clients who are interested in learning how I can help you strengthen your pelvic floor, improve posture, balance and flexibility. These exercises are accessible for everyone. I appreciate the opportunity to work with my community!

How do you define your success? How many lives do you impact your and serve? I’m currently asking myself how I can impact my community with purpose? How can I be a resource to you? Feel free to reach out and allow me the time to share with you how you can protect your family by providing income protection, college planning and more importantly lifetime income. I’m happy to review your current financial status with no obligation and no fee. My goal this year is to share information as a way to serve my community.

I appreciate the advice and people who actually reach out to connect with me by cell phone. No amount of artificial intelligence and technology will ever replace the human contact between people. Trust is developed through vulnerability in the exchange of communication between two people. People have become increasingly more focused on being offended vs connection. No connection worth having will be free of being offended over something. In general, if you don’t know someone personally then don’t take it personally. The vast majority of time , a person’s communication to others is not designed to get your panties in a bunch. Everyone communicates in a different style , manner , and on and on.

A true authentic connection will involve conflict, being offended, but the upside is usually worth it.
