For me, being part of a peer group to share and expand your business practices is a very important tool in growing your business. Also when you trust the group as a whole it is also a great tool to use to keep your ego, business and dreams for your business on the right track.

However , of course when a group of business entrepreneurs get together - there will always be the one or two who wants to dominate - take that into account of course -  but be open to using such a group to evaluate your own choices for your business.

Of course the group should be made up of people who have the same moral stance and desire for success in the same way you do.
