The VISION:
To develop a vibrant artist and artisan community that will spearhead the rejuvenation of Parrsboro through the establishment of a new Cultural Colony of regional, national and international artists working in a wide variety of disciplines.
This Vision will be realized through the development of two Core Activities:
The Cultural Campus and The Artists Attraction Program:
• The Cultural Campus: Offers a curriculum in a unique range of creative disciplines from fine art and craft to music, theatre and the written word.
• The Artists Attraction Program: Will offer incentives to artists - emergent and established – encouraging them to move to Parrsboro to live and work in a Cultural Colony that will support their artistic aspirations while showing their work to the world.
