Seth A. Leeb, AIA, currently heads his
own architectural firm in Parsippany, New
Jersey. Established in 1998, the firm has a
diverse practice, including residential
single and multi-family homes, additions,
renovations, custom homes, and interiors.
The firm has worked in over 12 counties
in New Jersey, from farmlands to the
suburbs to urban cities. The firm has
continued its work to the Jersey shore,
with many projects in response to
Hurricane Sandy.

Seth A. Leeb Architect is a proud
supporter of Habitat for Humanity. We
have worked with Morris Habitat for
Humanity on many projects, over the past
few years including their Resale Store and
Organization’s Headquarters. Currently
we are working with them on prototype
housing in Dover, a 2 building, 12 unit
housing in Roxbury, and a 5 building, 25
unit multi-family complex.

The firm prides itself on its creative
outside of the box thinking to accomplish
solutions to zoning restrictions, historical
issues or tight budgets. It is up to date on
the latest design styles and innovative
technologies to accomodate modern
