David Bruno is a Founding Partner at the Bianchi Law Group, National TV Legal Analyst, Former Assistant Prosecutor and one of only 250 Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys in New Jersey, as designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

David is able to capitalize from his experience as a former Homicide Prosecutor where he investigated and prosecuted some of New Jersey’s most violent crimes. His experience in the courtroom as a prosecutor has translated into success in private practice where David handles criminal defense, domestic violence, white collar and municipal court cases in all 21 New Jersey counties and in the District of New Jersey.

David regularly works as a Criminal Law Consultant for Family Law Attorneys and Mental Health Professionals. Many times these professionals have clients that are charged with or being investigated for a crime. David makes himself available to dialogue with a former prosecutor and certified criminal trial attorney about criminal law issues and is also available to represent their clients if they have been charged with a crime.

As a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, David and his partner Robert Bianchi are regularly referred criminal defense cases by other lawyers in New Jersey. Pursuant to R. 1:39-6(d), David and Robert are able to provide referral fees to all licensed attorneys who refer a criminal case to The Bianchi Law Group.
