I am still a working musician and teacher moving in the direction of life coaching. I have two certifications in life coaching and am a member of the ICF.
I am a transitional life coaching helping middle-aged women get in touch with who they are and what matters most to them so that they can create a more fulfilling life.
How We Got Started
I started searching for ways to lessen my stress and return to health about 10 years ago. As I was searching and watching videos, the google alga rhythm led me to life coach videos and articles.
I was searching for a way to heal myself and it led me to helping others. I am now living my more fulfilling life and want to help others do the same.
