My greatest challenge in business has been to continually monitor success of product lines and services and have the wisdom and business savvy to know when a product line or service needs to be upgraded, replaced or recharged. I have always been a big supporter of getting guidance from life/career coaches since early on in my career. 7-8 years ago, I hired a strategic brand consultant and took a very comprehensive look at my goals, products/services, exploring why my customers buy, what they fear, did a branding overhaul for my company logo and image and started focusing on my goals. This strategic planning helped me to shift one service model to another with great success. Keep reinventing yourself, keeping what is working and be open to implementing new strategies.
