"Scott does an excellent job. He presents food beautifully, as well as deliciously. His decorating is phenomenal. He is willing to do the whole event, or work with just the food part. Amazingly attentive to detail, great staff, and he is careful that the hosts have a great time and aren't burdened with questions. "

"We used Perfect Equation for my husband's 50th birthday party and the food/presentation was the highlight of the event! Scott was able to take the theme of Fijian Islands and create an amazing presentation of island themed dishes that were irresistible. Definitely will use them again - highly recommend!"
