We are also rolling out hand sanitation stations to place at host stands for the added convenience and safety of our guests.  We have continued to emphasize and train employees to follow our strict handwashing policies, which include requiring employees to wash their hands at least every 30 minutes (for at least 20 seconds) with soap and water. We also require employees to wash their hands every time after using the restroom, after touching his/her face or hair; and before eating, preparing or handling food. We ensure all soap dispensers have hand soap and paper towels present at all times and have signage posted in restrooms to remind guests of frequent and thorough hand washing.   Last, employees exhibiting any signs of sickness are prohibited from working.

The best way to handle situations like this is to inform your clients ahead of time you require the payment the day of the service.  When you or your representative arrive to do the service you should remind the client before doing any work, "We do require the payment for our services today."    (more) The best way to handle situations like this is to inform your clients ahead of time you require the payment the day of the service.  When you or your representative arrive to do the service you should remind the client before doing any work, "We do require the payment for our services today."

Gordon Ramsay would be my pick, 15 Michelin stars, that is amazing.  I would love to know how he motivated his team to keep such high standards.  (more) Gordon Ramsay would be my pick, 15 Michelin stars, that is amazing.  I would love to know how he motivated his team to keep such high standards.

I think Bruce nailed it! It is all about social media. Creating short videos are key to successfully engaging customers. People like to see food and how it is prepared! They like to get to "know" the chef and feel a connection. (more) I think Bruce nailed it! It is all about social media. Creating short videos are key to successfully engaging customers. First, I try to ask personal numerous questions to get to know the person, not just their business. Once I have established a relaionship then I inquire about the buisness. I prepare by going on their business website prior to the meeting and writing down some questions. We collect comment cards which ask for our guests e-mail addresses. We send our guests event reminders and the latest "happeneing" at each restaurant. Gathering FB fans and getting people to like your page doesn't hurt either. (more) We collect comment cards which ask for our guests e-mail addresses.
