Paid ads have not generated income for my business. I'll do it every now and then, but mostly for 'awareness' - keeping the brand visible. I find new 'in person' contacts and current clients seem to have the most value.

In my business I am responsible for the final result of a printed piece, ex would be a magazine ad for a client. I always tell my clients to please give the print shop my contact info in case of any problems. This gives them peace of mind knowing they have our support all the way.
