Here at Stutterdot Design the greatest innovation challenge would be to think 'outside the box' but not too far. Our designs in logos and other marketing essentials shoot for originality, but it's still necessary for the client to really understand the graphics, message and concept behind the final result. I've been in other boutique agencies where the Creative Director would talk the client into understanding a marketing campaign - that approach does not work as the client doesn't feel comfortable with the move. So in summary, the challenge is being original (not cliche) and having the client feel great about the image they stand behind. I really hope this makes sense.
I base a failing business relationship on lack of communication. Whether it's email, text or phone. Signs are 'no response' after 1 or 2 reach outs.
