As a business owner I think it’s a terrible spot to put your employees in to ask them to police mask wearing by asking our guests if they have been vaccinated. That is the customers own personal business. I think asking someone if they are vaccinated is a violation of the HIPPA laws that are in place.
I don’t know what the answer is but I certainly don’t want to alienate those who are vaccinated nor those who are not vaccinated.
We will continue to offer curbside service so that those who are uncomfortable will not have to wonder or the ask about the vaccination status of others.
Trying to be fair to everyone and make everyone as comfortable as possible. Tough spot…
