About Us
I help any parent struggling with a child to understand and create a better relationship thru appropriate and responsible communication, expectations, and trust. Connection is the most important aspect of the parent/child relationship and the #1 preventative factor in risky behaviors. We all must end the reward and punishment system of parenting and instead teach our children to problem solve to be able to live more successfully in the 21st. century.
How We Got Started
My children are my best teachers, especially my daughter and second child — my button-pushing, strong willed, integrity kid who was the most important teacher I will ever have. She helped me learn to look to her needs and stop focusing on what others/society thinks is necessary. Now I help parents all over the world do the same.

Finding the right words to let people know how much they can benefit from my work. So many don't know the value of it until they get into it. The problem is, parents are the ones who have to do the work. It's not about changing the child.

Behavior is always a signal to what is going on within the child, whether emotionally, psychologically or physically. My focus is on children's behavior, and more specifically adults' reactions to children's behavior. Behavior is always a signal to what is going on within the child, whether emotionally, psychologically or physically. I will often want to rule out physical reasons, and when traditional tests turn up nothing, I suggest alternative approaches since traditional medicine does not typically look at problems like gut health. OT work is very helpful for kids' ability to self-regulate, and naturopathic treatments will often get to problems traditional medicine does not see.
