About Us

O'Neill Consulting Services, LLC specializes in CRM Solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Zoho CRM throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, including The Fox Valley and greater Milwaukee areas. We help salespeople be more efficient and make more money for themselves and their companies by making the right information available on any device at any time. We also provide marketing automation services so managers know what outreach methods are most effective and salespeople have a continuing stream of new leads.

How We Got Started

O'Neill Consulting Services started working with clients expanding their eCommerce presence. During this work it became clear that our customers were more successful as they built stronger relationships with their clients. As our clients' requirements became more complex with customizations, integrations, security, and mobile needs we started to specialize in Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, and more recently Zoho CRM.

John - Quite honestly the online mediums are mostly to create a network of referrers rather than the referrals directly.  I essentially do a branding pitch so I am top of mind and hopefully my network of connections remembers that when they are meeting with businesses. The answer may be as simple as personal preference but you might also want to consider what other applications your company uses that may need integration.  For example if you are a Microsoft CRM user the Outlook integration is a little tighter. Conversely if you are a Salesforce user the G-Suite... It depends on how the lead came in.  For web inquiries we have set up an automated series of emails responses that change content and frequency based on the readers actions - opens, links, clicks, time lag, page visits, etc. During that time we are aggregating scores based on those actions and... (more) It depends on how the lead came in.  For web inquiries we have set up an automated series of emails responses that change content and frequency based on the readers actions - opens, links, clicks, time lag, page visits, etc. During that time we are aggregating scores based on those actions and when they get to a set threshold they are assigned and followed up personally.  Phone inquiries, if they were connected to someone right away, almost always get a phone follow up.

Nice tool - easy to use. We are on the lower tier but may have to bump up to a more expensive version as we start tracking more profiles. Nice calendar. We are considering an alternate that integrates more tightly with our Microsoft CRM and ClickDimensions marketing automation platform but it... (more) Nice tool - easy to use. We are on the lower tier but may have to bump up to a more expensive version as we start tracking more profiles. Nice calendar. We are considering an alternate that integrates more tightly with our Microsoft CRM and ClickDimensions marketing automation platform but it will be hard to move from Hootsuite
